I’m planning a trip for Spring 2022 and I am really anxious about travelling with OCD. I’m scared of new places specifically because of OCD and was wondering if anybody had advice travelling with OCD? I’ve had CBT therapy and I know what to do to manage my OCD but I’m worried about not having that support.
