Hi Everyone around me without OCD seems to have a positive outlook to life and over Christmas, I just felt worse and worse about my OCD controlled life and I’m beginning to lose hope that this sadness will never end. What can I do?

You have no obligation not to be sad. Just try to be honest about how you feel and try to roll with it. Dont fight it.

Life can be depressing. A friend and I no longer speak to each other because he was trying to force naieve optimism down my throat. I can do without it.
