Strange place

In a strange place at the moment different from my ocd panics in the past but not a good place and can’t put my finger on it feels different from OCD and more similar to feelings I has as a kid. Feel depressed confused and disillusioned at times but not sure how it relates my OCD. Start thinking I might be brain damaged

since my last relapse had some amazing highs but feel quite low at the moment

Does anyone Else see there OCD take different forms
