      Hi folks.

I am new to this support website. I have dealt with this for an eternity.  Gemini calls it  Visual Turettes or staring OCD.

This is usually triggered by someone rolling their tongue or putting their finger in their mouth, or just a tic they have. It is pure Austin Powers and the mole moment. It can be acutely embarrasing because it could be my boss or  even a friend. I am male. Looking at another guy putting his fingers in his mouth not the best in a work environment. I am trying the triangle method: but when someone important is close up to me, this is hard to do. For a long time I thought I was schitzo because I was looking at something but I didn’t want to. But I heard no voices so I discarded that possibility.

I have known I have OCD for quite sometime. Repeating thoughts (usually a point of minor conflict) at work. Intrusive thoughts. But no cleaning of hands!

There you go.  I’ve started a conversation.
