My family is not very warm and understanding, especially when it come to mental health problems. They won’t accept my depression exist  but oddly they seem to understand that my OCD is a real disease. They do a pretty good job of understanding my compulsions. But I haven’t shared my ugly intrusive thoughts with them. It’s like living with a lie but I KNOW they won’t understand and I’m scared they’ll reject me if. Best to just stay quiet? I think so….
