I’ve been off for a few weeks due to ocd and anxiety and have arranged a phased return starting tomorrow. I’ve noticed with medication dose increases and Cbt that the ocd and anxiety have eased significantly over the 5-6 weeks which is why I am happy to return to work. Only today I’ve felt quite tearful and depressed. Has anyone else experienced similar after the OCD and anxiety symptoms have eased to then reveal an underlying depression that also needs some work?
