I have these crazy, endless intrusive thoughts that often happen when I’m stressed. I try to reject them, but the fact that I’m aware I’m trying to reject the thoughts shows me that they are actually something that I really desired to think about, so that kind of backfires. Should I actually acknowledge my evil intrusive thoughts?

Try to simply witness them without engaging with them in any way.
