      I noticed that most tips and hints people post here are about working on thoughts or engaging in calming activities. Like most involve sitting and thinking. But what about active sports for OCD? The physical hard work can take your mind off thinking plus you get fit in return. Try some easy sport at first, like slow jogging or swimming. Who knows what your sports future may hold?!
