Is it possible to have OCD without compulsions? I know I have bad, bad obsessions that haunt me day and night. But my husband says it’s not OCD but phobias because I’d have to have compulsions too. But I don’t, in fact I don’t even know what a compulsion really is. If I go to my GP about this, will it just be wasting his time, like my huband says?
