Hi My brother is really suffering with OCD. I want an explanation of how to help him deal with his intrusive thoughts. I understand that he’s ill but I’m worried what other people will think of him if he acts out these intrusive thoughts or even just because he has OCD. What can I do to help?

He won’t act them out. Suggest he talks to his doctor.
