      I just want to post here that I recommend to everyone who has ocd to try and get some exercise. Even if you can’t do much, like walking up and down a football pitch. Or try swimming at a local fitness centre. Or even something a bit odd, like archery! I can’t promise results, but running 5Ks and 10Ks really helped me alot.
