      Help! I’m 38 very single and have OCD. My shameful and embarrassing OCD intrusive thoughts have made my attempts at trying dating very difficult. I depend on the person I want to date to be understanding of OCD, but that’s not what happens. My OCD just takes over and ruins every date. I think Anyone else? Suggestiuons?

        Try to find another ocd sufferer, but someone who has got somewhat further in gaining control of their ocd.
