Hiya, just want to share something with everyone on here that has REALLY helped with my ocd. It’s called mindfulness and it’s about remembering that all thoughts arise in our own mind like stream of water. Yes, some cause anxiety and conflict but they’ll float away, like leaves down a stream. So they are harmless once gone. I totally recommend this for ocd it changed my life!
