My life is unwinding thanks to ocd

Hi everyone, it truly feels like my life is unwinding thanks to my ocd. I feel like it’s such a burden, that it is physically heavy to carry, like a parcel full of cement that goes everywhere with me. Anyone else get ocd as a physical ‘thing’?
