Does anyone have any tips on how to stop mental checking and disturbing intrusive thoughts? I’m really struggling with intrusive thoughts, all I think about is my OCD theme and it just leaves me feeling down. I know it’s just the OCD and me checking and getting anxious, it’s hard because I don’t have any control over compulsions intrusive thoughts during andI’d like it to stop but I’m not sure how this has gone on too long now. I know it’s ocd there’s always something that comes back to make me fear it again – like now I have a few irrational fears and other themes such as harm ocd. Is it just me?
