      Hi everyone, if you have ocd do you ever think maybe it was meant to be? You know you’ve done nothing wrong to have it but it’s still hard. I haven’t given in to my OCD, and keep hoping nothing bad will happen. I was wondering is this ipart of how cognitive behavioral therapy works?
