      Just want to share something here that has really helped with my ocd – listening to my fav positive music using headphone, helps me to handle my OCD a little better. It helps me to stop obsessing over bad ocd-related thoughts and reminds me of positive memories from years ago. Pick something uplifting, give it a go! In a little while, after listening, you may feel better!  There are no bad side-effects to be worried about, like if you take ocd meds. I think I’ve got a bit of control over my ocd thoughts now just from this method, I just love the sound positive cheery music makes! Music can really help to lift your spirits, loud on headphones is best for me, but wahatever workds for you. it’s not easy but keep trying…
