Hiya… OCD went through my head like a machine out of control… I jammed the machine… Wash, Once only, and walk away… Defy the thoughts, Defy them, Defy them… It takes some doing to begin with. Jam that machine… Slam on the brakes… so to speak… Defy the compulsions… They cannot win… We are actually stronger than they are… It won’t hurt anyone… Children crawl on toilet floors, and all it does is build up their immune systems… That’s evidence… In yours and my favour.
