I just wondered if anyone else on this forum finds that knitting or crocheting helps with OCD and intrusive thoughts. If not, I recommend you try it! It really helps to calm my thoughts because I have to concentrate and follow the patterns. Don’t be afraid to start and see if it helps you too! A simple scarf is probably the easiest beginner project and it’s practical too. Just look on Youtube or the internet – there are literally 1000s of tutorials. I hope trying this with help with your OCD too!
