Hi people… If you have intrusive thoughts, a book I have found helpful is ‘Man’s Search for Meaning’, by Frankl. It’s a fascinating insight into why life is about suffering and some of those thoughts are the way they are, and how to make your life more meaninful when living working with or alongside others. I am better now, but my OCD life was a nightmare. With the ideas in the book, you could  find that the thoughts might ease, and you’ll maybe be a better person too.
