      Hello, Can anyone help me. I’m a good person, I know this deep down, at least I think so. I have intrusive thoughts that seem real but later on I can only guess that nothing happened. I think I know this deep down but yet, this awful ocd condition makes me wonder if I really want to get over these thoughts.
