I don’t understand

Hi people I don’t understand why my daughters ocd means she has so much trouble leaving the house, even with me. She knows I’ll never let anything bad happen to her. I tell her and tell her but get nowhere, maybe even make her ocd worse. Why is this? I’m desperate to help.
