Everyone, first of all I am really sorry if you are struggling. I just logged into the forum because I am having a hard time myself. What if you feel like a terrible person? I know really well from personal experience that I do. Also, that the harder I fight it, the worse it gets. I can assure you that you have inner knowledge that you are a good person. Everything else is just chatter from your OCD, it means nothing, absolutely nothing! Without even knowing you all I am sure you are a great people. DO NOT listen to your OCD. I really hope you all can improve with maybe help from a therapist. Just keep it up, don’t fight it but rather accept it and be good to yourself. Drink a tea, watch a movie, get some rest (these are things that help me) and everything will be okay.
