      I really want to be healthy and well but I fight OCD EACH day.  Ocd- related stress can make me really tired. I stayed up last night, to avoid OCD nightmares and I’m still feeling the after effects, I’m jus5 not okay, not sure I will sleep tonight. You all have any suggestions about sleeping for me?

        I’m sorry you are struggling with sleep. OCD can be very mentally and physically draining then if you all lack of sleep to that it isn’t a good mix.

        I wish I could help but unfortunately I can’t think of anything that could help. Have you spoke to a therapist or your doc about sleep to see if anything they can help with?
