If you have issues with intrusive thoughts, try to surround yourself with people you love, or who you can rely on to care for you. Nothing is predictable, but life can be wonderful, Think about happy things! Today, I’m actually greatly improved! It is possible to get better from OCD. It can be done, work at it! Take a step forward, one every day, and be realistic; you’ll always have intrusive thoughts, but you can learn to NOT let them control your life forever.
