Hi: I have OCD and want to give something back by being a volunteer maybe or supporting other people with this horrible condition. Has anyone done this? Don’t have a clue where to start!

Hi there… Something that I have just got involved with is called ‘Andy’s Man Club’, in the UK. There is a sister organisation for women.

It takes the form of a group of sufferers sharing… It’s us sufferers who know best, those of us who know what it feels like for ourselves, rather than someone who has just read it all out of a book…

        MIND do stuff as well…
