      How can I get help with this, I’ve had it for years, i just thought there was something wrong with me, it’s always something that I hate, an intrusive thought.

        Groinal response is anxiety driven. It may confuse you into thinking its genuine desire, but its not. Try to just let it come and go. Try not to respond to it or modify it in any way. Just give it bare attention.
