If anyone’s interested in reading a really a good book or e-book I have a suggestion about one book that’s all about dealing with stress and anxiety. The author is Ryan Holiday and the title is Stillness Is the Key. It’s a bit not expensive, and hopefully it is available at your local library. Also awhile ago books like this were available on a book prescription service run by mental health charities. Give this fantastic book a try, it may change your life too!
