      Hi guys,

I’m glad to hear positive stories about you telling your friends and family members what you’ve been going through – it’s giving me the courage to perhaps speak out to some close ones that I confide in. I have a partner whom I feel I should tell but because the specific nature of my OCD is not sure it would go down well and I’d hate for her to tell others on the case it’s not understood.
