      I bite, chew and eat my hair. I pull it out sometimes too. I’ve read about this here and on lots of other online sources and know it’s a disease called trichotillomania. Or at least could be what I have. But my GP says I’m exagerrating and won’t send me to a mental health expert as they are so over-worked and short-staffed here helping people with what he call real mental health problems. Is their any way to bypass my doctor and see a professional directly? I’m so sick of this…
