Hi Wondering if anyone can help me? My dad has ocd and i know and everyone keeps telling me, no one can be entirely responsible for his health and safety and that includes ME. But no matter what they say, I still feel responsible for everything in his life. Even my GP says I can only go so far in protecting him. I know he’s intelligent and has the bodily defenses as the rest of us, but…strangely enough the more I try to fight against this urge to protect him from everything, the more I try even harder to protect him from the world. I’m worried especially that this coming winter is gonna be really hard on him. I just don’t know what to do, am getting desperate, have no life of my own
