Hi; anyone experienced the fear of getting better? It sounds unreal and it can be scary but, you can gain strength towards being content living with OCD, Is’ is a strange concept, but our natural resiliency can start to lift you up, and you can feel better if you take it steady, slow and sure. Does saying all of this feel relevant here? Cus you have to have had ocd and been there, to know what it feels like. Do you understand?
