Hi I’ve made many wrong decisions and finally realised that ocd and especially intrusive thoughts that are evil, evil, evil are wrecking my health. I don’t like my thoughts, they are unbearable and I feel my mental health is quite fragile, and it’ll “break” soon, and I’m looking at years in recovery. Is this like your life was too? If it is, how do you take control of your own intrusive thoughts? I feel like my life is out of control, and I just want to feel  safe and well.  Can you can help?
