      Hi:

These may seem odd to ask on this forum but I have OCD and insomnia and I heard that once your body processes alcohol you wake up and likely can’t get back to sleep. Anyone else with OCD have this problem?

        Possibly true.

Try drinking Valerian Tea rather than alcohol. You can get it from a health shop.
