      Hi

Is fear of going outside is another form of OCD? I have compulsions about this and I have sometimes obsessions. But the anxiety and obsessions don’t feel as bad as my other OCD fears are. Can fear of the outside be another type of OCD? Can you have more than one type?

Yes, I definitely reckon so. Maybe us ocd’ers are a little too conscientious for our own good…
