      Anxiety destroys a person. I, too, went through anxiety and realized that there is nothing worse than anxiety. Panic attacks are also an element of anxiety. We need to know how to control ourselves in those moments. It wasn’t drugs or other harmful things that helped me completely get rid of anxiety, but the therapy at [content removed by Moderators. Advertising for commercial, professional, private or other services not permitted on these forums.] The therapists here gave me all kinds of support, so that step by step I stopped experiencing anxiety. And I know it worked. For more than a year I don’t have any anxiety. I recommend that you take therapy as well.
