      Hello,

I’ve mentioned on these  forums a few times about a book that really helped me called ‘Mad Girl’ by Bryony Gordon. Rather than a self help book so to speak it is Bryony talking about her life and experiences with OCD.

I was just wondering if anyone out there had any book recommendations similar where it is people writing about their lives with OCD.

I find this helps me a lot by reading about other people’s experiences that I can relate to and know not alone on experiencing these things.

Would love to hear peoples recommendations.

      Thanks
