Hey everyone, worrying if you will ever be free of OCD is OCD itself and tends to show itself when you’re recovering. OCD is a chronic mental illness however using techniques to help manage it is the best way to go forward. If you have no compulsions, I understand, I’m exactly the same. I used to have so many rituals and now they seem to be more mental or PURE O based obsessions. The more l am able to just these thoughts by not analysing and ruminating the easier OCD became. I’ll always have my phobias but as long as Im managing them and am  happy and they aren’t taking over my life then it doesn’t matter! I don’t stress about the future as it will only increase my anxiety
