I’m starting medications, I am really not wanting SSRI’s; have heard that they aren’t very good.

I tried psilocybin legally in the netherlands a few months back. Seems promising, with reduced symptoms for a few weeks and gave me more direction with life. Would like to try again once the travel ban is lifted and the house sale has been sorted.

Also, anyone heard of TDCS therapy? Looks scary but may work.
