If you feel angry about your ocd and evil intrusive thoughts you might feel angry about everything, right? I don’t want to feel guilty but its caused me a lot of grief. Anger is not a good idea, right? I need to find ways to let it go, any ideas?

Try to just let it rise and self liberate. Don’t suppress it.

I feel angry about ocd, and not without good reason. No need to feel guilt over anger.
