On the 10th of October, World Mental Health Day, OCD Action was privileged to have the opportunity to raise our voice on behalf of the OCD community to reach hundreds of thousands of people.

What is World Mental Health Day?

The 10th of October is a day when the international community supports global mental health awareness and education. Organisations, government and interested people also advocate against ending the social stigma associated with mental health issues. On the same day every year in October, people all over the world focus on bringing attention to mental health and the major effects it has on lives worldwide.

What can I do to help?

Being a member of the forums and supporting others makes a big difference – not only on World Mental Health Day but every day!
