Hi, I’ve have suffered with anxiety and intrusive thoughts for 9 years and over time I have developed OCD by fixing things to help with my intrusive thoughts by thinking something is going to happen if I don’t fix such as fixing and strightning things. My intrusive thoughts have got worse and stick around for a long time and when an intrusive thought enters my head I overthink everything associated to that particular thought and recently have had a thought that I’m gay even though I know I’m straight but dout myself due to the thought being strong and wanted to know if anyone else has had a similar intrusive thought?
