Have you had CBT? I had it a few years ago and found it helpful. Perhaps more helpful recently though was a talking therapies course I did from a self referral. It’s so refreshing being able to talk frankly without panicking about how it must seem to them because a) they’re trained and b) It was on phone call so seemed easier to be open. Dont know if that makes sense but hey, who cares, it worked!
