It will depend on your area but the NHS have a “talking therapies service.” It was a few months wait but eventually it led to a weekly appointment with a therapist for free. Might be worth a look. There will be a link from the official nhs website and again it depends on your location as different local authorities have different methods/ resources. Hope this helps 🙂
