    Hello. If you can find a therapist that specializes in anxiety and OCD / intrusive thoughts. It’ll be scary at first but it’s worth it. I am doing that now for my thoughts as they are evil as well. I told my therapist the exact type of thoughts and everything. Like ripping a bandaid off. Trust me , whatever it is your thinking I’m pretty sure they’ve heard it all before. Just find a therapist you can trust that’ll introduce you to ERP and CBT training and tools.
