Forum Moderators here – welcome to the forums. People with OCD or related conditions, and their families, friends and carers, all of whom must be 18 or over, are very welcome to post on these forums. The forums are meant to be a friendly community where you can share your thoughts and questions about OCD and related conditions with people who understand.

We just ask that everyone follows our Forum Guidelines, which you can review in the pinned post at the top of each forum.
