Hi there, it seems to be the norm that we can get passed around a bit. Keep pushing, and something will come up. There can be quite a waiting list. In the meantime, in the green header at the top of this page, there is ‘learn about OCD’, in there is resources to help us on our journey through OCD.  A good book is ‘The feeling good handbook’ By Dr David Burns. It is American, but over there they are years in front of us Brits at dealing with this stuff.
