Thank you for replying to me. It’s the worse condition ever and makes me doubt what type of person I am all the time. Mines really bad at present because I’m going through some big life changes and I feel like I cant cope.

Did you have 2 psychotic episodes?…I think I’ve had 2 but I was so scared as couldn’t tell what was/wasn’t real.

It’s good that you’re doing better now though 🙂
