Yes definitely! I don’t know anyone personally that has OCD only on these forums have I found people that I can actually relate to. There isn’t a good variety for me at the moment for medication as I am currently pregnant, this has definitely heightened my OCD and added different themes.I can’t seem to find anyone that offers ERP in my area I’m just in talking therapy atm.
