      Well, I will have made a few mistakes today… Always do,  every day, every day. But why should that matter?  I  don’t bother to list them. I used to work in an environment where there was a blame culture. I was always in trouble, but for things that really didn’t matter, stupid, trivial things… I do now wonder if it was their way of covering up for bigger issues that I didn’t even know about, but sometimes suspected… They were horrible people,  really  horrible people. And this was in care work!
